welcome to Wonderland, the world you once thought to be the fictional works of Lewis Carroll.
what you once knew was wrong.
here, you will learn the true story of Wonderland, and Princess Alyss Heart, when you travel through the glass.
I'm pretty sure someone's asking themselves that question right now.
The rules will tell you there's a word maximum for your in-character posts. Basically, lubbies, that's another way of saying that I do not want you slaving over your posts and trying to come up with all kinds of pointless paste and filler, because, HONESTLY, what's the point of saying "you must have 'insert biggish three-or-four-digit number here' words in every posts or more, or else", huh? This site is meant for you to have fun. If you're feeling incredibly inspired, then by all means, write like crazy. If your muse is taking a sick day, then just give us a paragraph, we don't care. As long as you're being active and having fun, everyone's happy.

rules and regulations. « Thread Started on May 25, 2008, 12:23am »
the obvious.
I won't sit here listing all the rules that appear on all RPGs, and if you haven't seen them yet, then they're basically implied.
graphics.
Having an avatar and/or signature is preferred by the admins. If you can't make your own, there are probably plenty of Photoshop/Paintshop-adept people to make them for you. We also ask that your signatures aren't too wide; stretching the form every which way isn't cool, yo. So, if you put your signature in your profile and you realize that it stretches the board a bit, please fix it. If you don't notice it, one of the admins will probably take it out. If it happens again, we'll get bitchy, and no amount of Midol will fix it.
posting.
Well, this is simple. Post long, verbose paragraphs that seem to go on and on for an eternity, please.
Okay, please, for the love of pie, don't do that. Some sites ask that you post a certain paragraph or word minimum. Well, y'know what? We have a MAXIMUM. And we won't tell you what it is...but here's a hint. If your post seems to take up half the web page and there are ten paragraphs, or enough sentences to make up ten paragraphs, then you've gone too far, and a clown will come to you in the middle of the night and kill you in your sleep. (Okay, not really...darn it.)
play-bys.
If you're playing a character that will more than likely look humanesque, then please use a celebrity as their play-by. I don't care if it's an actor, singer, model, or someone who made it big via MySpace. Now, if you use someone you don't know the name of, that'll bug me because it'll seem a bit creepy that you're using some random kid who doesn't want their pictures spread out all over ProBoards.
ratings.
No real ratings here. However, try to abide by the ProBoards TOS. It's pretty simple.
characterism.
If that's a real word, I'm probably using it out of context...anyway...
No Mary-Sues/Gary-Stus. If you character is immortal and cannot be hurt by anything, I will send that clown after you, I promise.
God-modding is evil and it will take away your best feature! Whatever the hell that means...but, don't control a character that isn't yours.
Have as many as you think you can handle. Don't whore the canons, though.
be logical.
Not everyone will be as powerful as the royal family, 'kay? Also, I DON'T WANT ANY UNEVEN GENDER RATIOS!!! The amount of girls needs to be similar to that of the boys. Is it really that damn hard? No.
admins.
Don't request to be staff, pretty please. More than likely, we'll find you. Those who play canons are more likely to become admins, and those who play the Caterpillars will probably be staff...I dunno yet.
Check back on occasion, in case of changes. Hah, who am I kidding? I can't be arsed...
